报告人简介：曹小红，毕业于北京大学，目前主要从事算子理论与算子代数研究，2006年入选教育部“新世纪优秀人才支持计划”，先后主持完成了国家自然科学基金数学天元基金项目、国家自然科学基金面上项目和教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划项目。近些年发表学术论文100余篇，主要发表在Proc. Amer. Math. Soc., Stud. Math., J. Math. Anal. Appl., Linear Algebra Appl., Banach J. Math. Anal., J. Aust. Math. Soc., Commun. Contemp. Math., Oper. Matrices, Acta Math. Sin., Linear Multilinear Algebra, J. Korean Math. Soc.等国内外重要期刊上。获2014年陕西高等学校科学技术奖一等奖。出版研究生教材《算子与框架教程》(高等教育出版社)一部。

报告摘要：“Property (UWE) holds”for an operator when the complement in the approximate point spectrum of the “essential approximate point spectrum”coincides with the isolated eigen-values. An operator is said to satisfy property (R) if the complement in the approximate point spectrum of the Browder essential approximate point spectrum coincides with the isolated eigenvalues of finite multiplicity. In this report, we give the necessary and sufficient conditions for linear bounded operators and their functions for which property (UWE) holds. In addition, we explore how property (UWE) and property (R) survive for 2×2 upper triangular operator matrices.
